I have been knitting and spinning professionally for a long time, and as Fire Ant Ranch since 1992, near Austin, Texas.
I have published patterns with Knitter's Magazine, Knitting Digest, Threads Magazine and Lion Brand Yarns. I exhibit and teach at various shows around the country, including the Estes Park Wool Market in Colorado, the Taos Wool Festival in New Mexico, Best of the Southwest Fiber Festival in New Mexico, Big Sky Fiber Festival in Mountana, Kid 'n Ewe and DFW Fiber Festevals in Texas.
I am Workshop Superintendent for Estes Park, and have coordinated workshops at Taos and was a long time board member at Taos and the American Black Welsh Mountain Sheep Association.
